Here’s our next mentor for the mini sessions... Kennedy (@k.c._and_company)!!! She is our youngest mentor out of them all and has a lot to share! She will be focusing on Confidence, Coding, and STEM fields! Below is more information about her! Make sure to share and tag a teen girl who is interested! - My name is Kennedy and I’m a Junior in high school. I love coding and creating solutions to problems. I’m also a Girl Scout and I enjoy serving my community. Last year, I was the Ambassador for my local March of Dimes. I was born 15 weeks early and weighed only 1 lb. 6.6 oz. I helped raise awareness and funds for the March of Dimes. I even spoke at their Signature Fundraiser. The research done by the March of Dimes helped me and countless others survive and I am committed to help spread awareness about prematurity. Trying to turn a ➖ into a ➕ Since the Corona Virus has the country on breaks from work, school, (I am personally out off school for the next 2 weeks) etc. I would like to have a few mini mentorship sessions for girls that may not much to do but want to learn and grow during this time period. I would like to women that would be willing to take an hour of their time to mentor a teenish aged girl about leadership, self esteem, STEM, entrepreneurship, etc sometime over the next couple of weeks. In order to get this started up, please tag women who you think would be interested or comment if you are interested and I will follow up with you via DM. If I tagged you, I am hoping you may be available, or know people who may be available to take part in this. Once I get a feeling for mentor availability I will post something for girls to connect with me so I can connect them with someone for a mini mentor session.
